The Gretsch Catalina Maple 7-Piece Shell Pack in Deep Cherry Burst offers drummers a configuration with massive sonic range. 22" bass drum, 8", 10" and 12" rack toms, 14" and 16" floor toms, and a matching 14" x 6.5" snare.

7-Ply Maple Shells and 30-Degree Bearing Edges

Constructed with legendary Gretsch-formula 7-ply maple shells, this drum set produces a warm tone with balanced frequencies. Each shell features classic 30-degree bearing edges, which enhance low-end response and make tuning exceptionally smooth. The toms and snare are fitted with 2.3mm triple-flanged steel hoops for open tone, while the kick drum features matching maple wood hoops secured by rubber-isolated die-cast claws to prevent hoop damage.

Upgraded Hardware and GTS Suspension Mounts

The Catalina Maple series combines vintage aesthetics with modern hardware innovations. The upgraded low-profile GTS Tom Suspension System allows the rack toms to vibrate freely for optimal tone. Additionally, the included 14" snare drum is equipped with a newly designed Full Range Throw-Off and Butt Plate for smooth, reliable snare wire tensioning.
