"Drumming is fun", and it is more fun in company than alone; but there must be drive, tempo and rhythm. A cultivated tone is just as important as a fine, sensitive stick technique. These little pieces aim at preparing the pupil for playing the most important percussion instruments in a symphony orchestra, and are intended to teach him concentration, attentiveness and coordinated playing.
