These are the only lugs that don't turn out of my solid shell Craviotto and N&C snares while playing, keeping the solid shell snares in tune. They're way too pricey but I'd rather not put loctite on regular tension rods of high end snares. That said, I don't think I'd ever break down and buy these for a full kit. 5 star product so far, just too pricey, hence the 4 Stars. Sold in bags of 4. Tightscrew's website sells bags of 10, so they say. They've not been in stock the the past 5 years. Buy 5 bags of 4 for a 10 lug snare. I can't report if they'll hold after repeated head changes.
