These mallets are great. They have a solid weight distribution and have a great sound. A little expensive, but Steve Weiss always seem to keep the price down!

Very well balanced, light weight, and give off an almost unbelievable BOOM!! March with an Irish Pipe Band, and the lads now have no trouble hearing the beat from behind them.
