The Zildjian I Series Essentials Plus Cymbal Pack includes a 13″ Hi-Hat cymbal pair, 14″ Crash Cymbal and a 18″ Crash/Ride cymbal. The I Series takes its name from the Turkish work Ilham which means inspiration. This series features modern weights, hammering and sizes. This set of cymbals is great if you have a 2 or 3 piece kit and are playing on a street corner. They're incredibly bright, both because of their thinness/alloy and the fact that they're all pretty tiny (13"/14"/18"). The Ride bell isn't the best and has too many overtones for my taste, and the crash is almost more of a large splash. Other than that, they're great cymbals. If you're an aesthetics person, watch out! Chokes, mutes, or really any handling of these plates will tarnish the surface super quickly!
